This is one of the better roasteries in the middle range. They're not really close to da Matteo or Per Nordby but they are good and never do anything wrong even if seldom special either. Kahls kaffe is a very good option if one wants to get better coffee but still not pay the prices for specialty coffee. Their coffee beat most, maybe all, of the regular coffe available in regular food store here in Sweden. One can count on their coffees being okey and never below that and sometimes they excel and do better. They roast their beans slightly dark.
