Johan & Nyström is one of my favourite Swedish coffee roasters although they often make slightly too dark coffee for me. They have a line of coffees that are single estate that often are a little lighter in roasting than their average beans and they often appeal to me. They're about to redesign their coffee bags but so far one of the most interesting lines have been packed in light brown paper bags with a white label and often gold coloured details on the label. Their better beans are usually rich and more or less sweet in the taste. For the roasting I would say they're light dark to dark roasted. As a bonus they're competent in handling tea.
