It was hard deciding wether this one should have three or four ferrets but it is good coffee and it's not as mediocre as only three ferrets. The name says that they are trading in coffee but they do buy green beans and roast them themselves. The beans I've tasted has a slightly thin taste but nice. Not so complex or sweet taste as some of the best of Johan & Nyström, da Matteo or Per Nordby but on the other hand that's not so much quality as personal taste. It's not dark roasted but in the darker end of medium roasted.
