This is my absolute favourite Swedish roastery and favourite among all roasteries I've tried so far no matter the country. They make medium roasted beans for all their coffees and are very good in finding quality beans and treating them well. Usually their beans are mild and soft to the taste but they can vary in a wide range regarding acidity and sweetness and similar. Almost every year they have som very special small lot coffee they've found on their trips (like this year's Hachira N2 which I will try to review later).
