Pre-ground coffee without any roasting date so I don't know how old it was. It was quite descent for at pregound regular coffee. I would have expected it to be over-roasted or something like that but it wasn't. The taste wasn't interesting but on the other hand it lacked many common bad traits like bitterness or being over-roasted so although a little boring with a slight tendency towards being fruity it was an OK coffee.
