Gårdsrosteriet
I found a new roastery this summer. Initially by finding a nice mobile coffe bar called The Silver Bullet (housed in a silver coloured and oval caravan) at a rock festival called Skogsröjet. They made surprisingly nice coffee and chocolate (although a little to weak) for a festival and we came to speak a little and they used coffe from one single roastery, Gårdsrosteriet. They promised me to bring whole beans when they attened the summer festival in my home town later in the summer.
They did and I bought a few bags; Tanzania washed AA Kigoma plus, Brasilien Vista Alegra Jade do Cerrado Organic and Guatemala washed Organic Genuine Antigua San Miguel
None of the beans made up to my absolute favorite but they were nice and two, Tanzania and Guatemala, made it to my list of nice beans for cold brew coffee. Also other beans from this roastery are part of the best coffee I ever had on a festival and if you have really nice rock why not some nice coffee as well?
And they seemed to be popular and liked among the rockers.
