Koppi Thunguri AA

This was another highlight this summer and besides being very nice when hot brewed it's nice as cold brew (recipe for cold brew).

As usual I did one two minutes and one four minutes brew in french press. The coffee is 52 days old the water used was 90 degrees Celsius.

2 minutes: Very mild and almost slow to the taste. As it grows it becomes sort of earthy in the taste and slightly acidic in the aftertaste. It's remarkably not bitter.

4 minutes: Brewing it longer gave it much fuller and more direct taste. Almost no acidity at all.

The coffee is nice when it cools down and, as mentioned, do good for cold brewing.
