I've been lucky this summer and found a whole bunch of nice coffee beans that's good for cold brew as well. It's hard to beat a summer breakfast of two smotothies/milkshakes (with added ice cream) with fresh fruit and berries and cold brew coffee (recipe for cold brew).2 minutes: Very mild and a little thin in the taste but almost no bitterness at all. It als has a taste of muscovado sugar. This one was to mild and thin I think and much better as cold brew (where it were really good).
4 minutes: Brewing it longer gave it much fuller taste. Still almost no bitterness but a slight acidity to the taste.
The coffee is nice when it cools down and, as mentioned, do good for cold brewing.
