This coffee is part of the project Bönor för bönor which is beans grown and handled by women and then roasted by a female roaster here in Sweden. The women taking part in the project earns there own money which isn't that usual in some parts of the world. The coffee is slightly too dark roasted for my personal taste but it's still a nice coffee. It has some of the sharpness some people like in, say, Zoega's but according to me much better taste. As usual I did two brewings in french press, two minutes and four minutes. It was about a week since the coffee was roasted. Water 90 degrees Celsius.2 minutes: A little sharp and slightly burnt taste. It has a full fruity taste with a slight acidulous taste afterwards.
4 minutes: Fuller taste, less of the sharper tones but still a burnt tone in a good way.
It holds out well as it cools down and more of all tastes comes forward.
